Dr. Jay is a task-oriented professional with years of experience in teaching, learning technology tools, content creation, and learning management systems.

Dr. Jay's certifications in learning management systems, learning technology tools, innovator mindset & entrepreneurial mindset profile assessments prove valuable to individuals, companies, and organizations that want to accelerate.

Dr. Jay served on the Economic Education Advisory Board for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City - Oklahoma City Branch and was former Chair of the Online Entrepreneurship Education social interest group, and Teaching & Learning Scholar for the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship.

Dr. Jay is a Chicago native, a graduate of Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor's in Political Science, an M.A. in Political Science, an M.S. in Entrepreneurship, and a Ph.D. in Educational Technology from Oklahoma State University.
